Occupational Safety and Health Management System
In order to strengthen personnel safety awareness and effectively control safety risks, the ISO 45001 and CNS 45001 management systems were introduced in 2020.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Safety Education and Training
Establish hazard identification and risk assessment procedures to regularly review department operations and implement high-risk control measures, ensuring execution effectiveness through inspections to reduce or eliminate potential risks. Promote safety education and training for all employees, and strengthen safety awareness through announcements, electronic billboards, and training courses to foster a culture of proactive safety maintenance.
Implementation Results
Accident Reporting, Investigation, and Handling
Established the “Environmental, Health, and Safety Corrective and Preventive Action Management Procedure,” “Occupational Accident Reporting and Investigation Management Procedure,” and “Emergency Response Measures Management Rules” to investigate causes and track improvements. The process is as follows:
Strengthen employees’ emergency response capabilities through regular drills to ensure effective first-response actions and minimize disasters and injuries.
Health Management
Prioritize employee autonomy and physical and mental balance by providing sports resources, health management, and professional medical support. Regularly arrange on-site physician services to offer health check suggestions and professional consultations, creating a safe, healthy, and friendly workplace.
