Stakeholder Communication
PlayNitride highly values stakeholder engagement. In accordance with the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), we have identified four key stakeholder groups: Employees, Customers, Suppliers, and Shareholders. Through diverse communication channels, we address material issues and integrate stakeholder concerns and expectations into our corporate strategies. The outcomes of these engagements are also regularly reported to the Board of Directors.

Identification of Material Sustainability Issues
In accordance with GRI 3, IFRS, and ESRS guidelines, we have introduced the perspectives of Impact Materiality and Financial Materiality to conduct a five-stage issue identification process. This process evaluates the internal and external impacts of PlayNitride’s operations. The Sustainability Development Committee synthesizes GRI, SASB, international rating indicators, and benchmarking practices to confirm the prioritized material sustainability issues for disclosure.
