Talent is a key factor for PlayNitride to maintain continuous innovation and its industry position. Education and training encompass orientation for new employees, professional and technical courses, and management courses. In addition to inviting external project lecturers, the company actively cultivates internal lecturers and has introduced a digital learning platform. A hybrid learning model, combining in-person and online sessions, is adopted to encourage colleagues to take elective courses based on their interests.

Beyond training, growth seminars are organized to enhance colleagues’ personal qualities and self-growth. The workplace features relaxation spaces equipped with spinning bikes, table tennis, billiards, a boxing machine, massage chairs, and various sports facilities to encourage exercise and stress relief. Currently, five employee clubs have been established, all of which receive subsidies for activity expenses. Annual sports competitions are also organized to foster a vibrant and healthy workplace culture.
