Supply Chain Management

We are committed to ensuring stable and consistent product quality. Through rigorous quality management processes and the implementation of international-standard quality management systems, we continuously provide our customers with trustworthy solutions.

PlayNitride has formulated Supplier Management Regulations and Material Approval Control Procedures to ensure that new suppliers meet all requirements.

We have also established Supplier Management Regulations, a Supplier Code of Conduct, and Ethical Management Guidelines. These require suppliers to adhere to standards in labor, health and safety, environment, business ethics, and management systems. All key suppliers are required to sign the Supplier Code of Conduct Commitment and the Ethical Management Guidelines to establish consistent responsibility standards and compliance requirements.

Conflict Minerals Management Statement

PlayNitride Commits:

  1. Refraining from purchasing conflict metals produced in conflict-affected areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries.
  2. Requiring suppliers to avoid using conflict metals from conflict-affected areas and to follow the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), utilizing the CMRT and EMRT as survey tools.
  3. Requiring suppliers to disclose the source of minerals, sign a “Conflict Minerals-Free Statement,” and comply with the conflict minerals-free policy. If a smelter is not included in the third-party validated and published Conflict-Free Smelter List, procurement of materials will be halted immediately and alternative sources will be selected.
  4. Expecting suppliers to collectively adhere to the conflict minerals-free policy. Through responsible procurement management, we ensure that sourcing does not originate from conflict-affected areas and meets both customer and regulatory requirements.
