PlayNitride has established the “Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct,” “Ethical Management Principles,” and “Code of Ethical Conduct,” which have been approved and implemented by the Board of Directors to ensure that all employees and stakeholders understand and comply with relevant regulations, with execution status reported to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
For business partners, the company has established the “Supplier Code of Conduct” and the “Statement of Compliance with Ethical Management and Supplier Code of Conduct,” which are published on the company website to ensure that suppliers understand the requirements for ethical conduct.

Self-Declaration
Employees who encounter conflicts of interest or receive gifts exceeding internal regulations that cannot be returned shall submit a self-declaration through their immediate supervisors or the electronic forms on the employee website.

Personal Data Protection
PlayNitride has established the “Personal Data Protection Regulations” approved by the Board of Directors. Through the internal announcement of the “Code of Ethical Conduct Policy,” the company ensures that all employees and business partners fully understand the relevant requirements.
In addition to orientation training for all new hires, regular company-wide training is conducted, achieving an annual completion rate of 97%. Those who have not completed the training are prioritized for monitoring in the following year to ensure the company’s privacy protection requirements are strictly implemented.
